THERMAL-BONDED TECHNOLOGY
Thermally-bonded footballs are made from high-performance materials that are durable in all types of weather conditions. They represent a huge stride forward in soccer ball production technology. Thermally-bonded soccer balls offer the perfect shape and engineered for optimum performance on the field of play.
In contrast to the traditional stitched soccer ball, thermally bonded soccer balls are more durable and seamless. The seamless, thermal bonded design prevents water absorption which eliminates those heavy waterlogged balls.
TEXTURED SURFACE AND EMBOSSED GROOVES
Unique textured pimple surface is engineered to deliver a pure in-flight path, straight into the top corner!
Embossed grooves provide up to 400% more stability at speeds of 30-45mph vs a rivalled flat panel construction. Air flow is manipulated around the football, reducing drag and turbulence.
This is turn allows the football to remain straight, with no in-air movement, delivering more accuracy for strikers, and a clearer flight path for goalkeepers. Pimpled texture also increases grip and control.
TECHNICAL PATENT FOR BLADDERS
It was very meaningful that we got a technical patent for rubber bladders in 2016. We take great pride in manufacturing rubber bladders by ourselves, which allows us to create competitive pricing and high-quality balls.
A specially engineered high-rebound rubber butyl bladder provides maximum air retention and durability so the ball retains its shape and you won’t have to reinflate as often.
REVOLUTIONIZED ELASTOMER FOAM TECHNOLOGY
Our R&D team developed a revolutionized elastomer foam material which offers an additional layer of protection to reduce potential bladder punctures. In contrast to traditional EVA Layer, this new elastomer foam layer provides more rebound, more durability and a softer feel.
